Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for a period of 30 days. However, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
You are able to return a product in the event that it is not used and in the same condition the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
