Our warehouse staff are highly educated and will package the items according to our precise and exact specifications. Before they are shipped the goods are thoroughly examined and secured. Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
