Pashom is dedicated to supporting cottage craft and Fair Trade industry in Nepal and empowering women to become self-sufficient and to reach their full potential. Our team of 35 artisans come from various regions of Nepal and India and from mixed socio-economic backgrounds. Many are single mothers supporting their children’s wellbeing and education, and we are so happy to be able to provide them with the security of full-time employment and a loving and supportive workplace. Our artisans are very proud of their work and the love and pride imbued in our products can truly be felt.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack your goods in accordance with the exact and precise specifications. Before they are shipped, your goods will be thoroughly inspected and secured. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. This demonstrates our dedication to becoming the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders containing more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, based on the individual product.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48-hours. The delivery time varies between 3-7 days.
Returns
Due to multiple entities, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. Stocks can be changed at any moment. Be aware that your order will be out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to issue the option of a refund or exchange.
The item must not be used and in its original condition. It should also remain in the original packaging.
