As the rainbow is formed from a singular piece of wood, each item features grain with changing structures and colours which serve as proof of its natural origins. These unique variations are proof of quality, not defects, and mean each piece is one of a kind.

Returns
We do not manage the stock in our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
The period of time is 30 days. If 30 days have passed without a trace since the purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
