Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods exactly as per the specifications we offer. Prior to shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since the date you bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition and in the same state as you received it. The item should be in its original packaging.
