Our team of 35 artisans come from various regions of Nepal and India and from mixed socio-economic backgrounds. Many are single mothers supporting their children’s wellbeing and education, and we are so happy to be able to provide them with the security of full-time employment and a loving and supportive workplace. Our artisans are very proud of their work and the love and pride imbued in our products can truly be felt.

Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will pack the goods according to our exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are carefully examined and securely secured. These warehouses are situated in Europe just as they are in USA.
It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the particular item.

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we're unable to completely manage our stock. Stocks are subject to change at any time. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled when you have placed the order.
